Who We Are

Founded in 2004, our mission is to support families of children with life limiting conditions, creating special memories and a sense of community.

What We Do

JUMP are like a big family. We currently help over 200 children with life-limiting health conditions and and their families in our community. Every year, we provide a minimum of 80 Memory Photography experiences and 12 Family Memorable Days. One day, we would love to see JUMP in every region, but for now we are here for families in the North West and North Wales.

We provide a one off photography service for families in our community. Our Manager will support you in arranging your photography session, helping to decide the best location, where our professional photographers will provide a 90 minute session captuing everlasting memories of your family

Our Family Memorable Days give our families the opportunity to access support together under one roof. Children and families have the opportunity to meet other families, to create new friendships and to make wonderful memories together.
